Online Commerce

Certain sections of the Site allow you to purchase physical and digital products and services online, including but not limited to affirmation card decks and community memberships. The Aroha Co takes care to ensure the quality and accuracy of all products and services we offer directly. Where third-party merchants or platforms are involved, we are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or any other aspect of those third-party products and services.

You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase services or products through the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only. Your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing of purchases is not permitted and will be considered unauthorized use of our products.

Physical Products

All physical products, including The Aroha Co Affirmation Card Deck, are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. The Aroha Co is not responsible for delays caused by third-party postal or courier services. All sales of physical products are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy as outlined at the point of purchase.

Digital Products & Community Access

Access to The Aroha Co's digital community (hosted on Skool) and any digital products is granted upon successful purchase or registration. If payment is declined or a billing issue arises, access may be suspended until the matter is resolved. The Aroha Co will make reasonable attempts to contact you to resolve any billing issues.

Interactive Features

This Site and our community platforms may include features such as discussion boards, chat rooms, and email services. Responsibility for what is posted in these spaces lies with each user. You alone are responsible for the material you post or send. It is a condition of your use of the Site that you do not:

Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Site or community. Use the Site to impersonate any person or entity. The Aroha Co reserves the right to remove or alter any user-created content at any time for any reason, and to remove any member from our community who does not uphold the values of aroha, respect, and integrity that our whānau is built on.

Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you may be asked to register and provide personally identifiable information such as your name and email address. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue or inaccurate, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account. Our use of any personally identifiable information is governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Passwords

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Termination
